UKILN keep your data so that we can send you (as applicable) our thanks, newsletters, updates, and invitations to events and activities. Retention and deletion

Your details will be kept for no longer than six years after your last payment or consent, and then deleted. As UKILN conferences occur only once per year on a cycle around England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, a six year data retention duration allows those who have shared their data and participated in an event, to be re-contacted once the conference returns to their home nation.

The database containing your membership details is password protected, not connected to the internet, and can only be accessed by UKILN.
