Subscription

UKILN keep your data so that we can send you (as applicable) our thanks, newsletters, updates, and invitations to events and activities. You may provide your details to us via our website, or our email address, or through a third parties who we use to provide email newsletters, tickets for our conferences, conduct surveys or collect feedback. In those cases, you will be aware that you are contacting us using a third party, and they will have their own data protection and retention policies.

Retention and deletion

Your details will be kept for no longer than six years after your last payment or consent, and then deleted. As UKILN conferences occur only once per year on a cycle around England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, a six year data retention duration allows those who have shared their data and participated in an event, to be re-contacted once the conference returns to their home nation.
